Couples can use it for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, portraits, lounge space, or a quiet place for guests to step outside during the reception.
Because the courtyard connects directly with the indoor venue, your wedding can move naturally between spaces without requiring a second location.
Catering and Event Coordination

Artemis Foods is Everett West’s sister company and in-house catering partner. Seasonal menus can be designed around your wedding style, guest experience, and budget, with options ranging from cocktail-hour bites and stations to plated dinners and full receptions.
Because the venue and catering teams work together, meal service, rentals, staffing, room layouts, and timing can be coordinated as part of one connected planning process.
For weddings requiring culturally specific cuisine that Artemis Foods is unable to provide, outside food may be considered with prior approval and a $3,000 minimum.
Wedding planning Support
Experienced Help Without Requiring a Wedding Planner
Everett West does not require couples to hire a wedding planner.
Wedding rentals include two planning site visits and a one-hour rehearsal, and the Everett West team can assist with venue-related details including floor plans, catering, rentals, bar service, timelines, staffing and venue logistics.
We do encourage couples to work with a professional planner or day-of coordinator when possible so someone is dedicated to managing personal details, vendors, and the wedding-day schedule.
Wedding rental time
Time to Set Up, Celebrate, and Enjoy the Day
Saturday wedding rentals include 12 hours, with the rental window selected by the couple.
The latest event end time is 1:00 a.m., with cleanup completed by 2:00 a.m.
Weekday weddings typically include eight hours, with the schedule selected by the client and subject to availability.
Customized or extended rental schedules may also be available.

Easy for Guests to Get Here — and Stay Nearby
Everett West is located in Portland’s Pearl District near hotels, dining, transit, restaurants, parking and neighborhood landmarks.
The Hampton Inn & Suites is directly across the street, and the Canopy by Hilton is approximately two blocks away. Both hotels may offer room-block options, subject to availability and their booking terms.
Nearby parking garages and surface lots provide several options for wedding guests. Valet service may also be available through the Hampton Inn, including for guests who are not staying at the hotel.
