Artemis Foods is Everett West’s in-house catering partner, offering menus for breakfasts, lunches, receptions, plated dinners, stations, and celebrations.
Because the venue and catering teams work together, meal service, room layouts, rentals, timelines, and staffing can be coordinated through one experienced team.
Our planners can also help explore menu and service options that align with your event goals and available budget.
Outside food may be considered for specific cultural dining needs with prior approval and a minimum value.
RENTAL TIME
Scheduling That Works for Your Event
Weekday rentals typically include eight hours, with the rental window selected by the client and subject to availability.
Saturday rentals include 12 hours. The latest event end time is 1:00 a.m., with cleanup completed by 2:00 a.m.
Customized or extended rental schedules may be available.

Everett West includes a projector, one handheld microphone, and a Sonos sound system.
For panels, livestreaming, multiple microphones, advanced lighting, or full technical production, additional equipment and support can be arranged.
LOCATION & Attendee CONVENIENCE
Convenient for Attendees
Everett West is located in Portland’s Pearl District near hotels, dining, transit, and parking.
The Hampton Inn & Suites is directly across the street, and the Canopy by Hilton is approximately two blocks away. Both hotels may offer room blocks for Everett West events, subject to availability and their booking terms.
Nearby garages and surface lots provide several parking options. Valet service may also be available through the Hampton Inn, including for guests who are not staying at the hotel.
